Eating in is the new eating out. Consumers still want the “eat out” experience of quality food, but are saving money by eating delivered food at home. This market is largely being catered for by pizza delivery franchises.
Watersheds is delighted to announce the acquisition of three Pizza Hut delivery franchises at Bolton, Bury and Leigh for its client N.A.S Manna Limited.
The company was formed by Nadim Iftikhar, who opened his first Pizza Hut store in Stourbridge, West Midlands in December 2005. A second Pizza Hut store, Blackheath, West Bromwich, was acquired in October 2007 and the third at Acocks Green in August 2009.
The current transaction is a tremendous achievement for Nadim, doubling the size of his company.
According to the British Franchise Association’s ‘National Franchise Survey’, franchise businesses contribute over £11.8 billion to the UK economy and support over 465,000 jobs which make up about 1.4% of the working population in the UK.
Watersheds focuses on helping its clients to make money by buying and selling small and medium sized enterprises. Franchising is an increasingly important part of that market.
