Going in a new direction

Watersheds Corporate Finance advisers are pleased to announce the sale of The Direct Printing Company based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire.

The Company provides a huge range of quality print services in addition to commercial print. It specialises in the production of books, manuals, presentation binders and reports. Flexibility is key to the business, with the purpose built head office incorporating a wide range of presses, both litho and digital, as well as complementary finishing services.

Time moves on though and the owners, Phillip and Sally Bradbury and Trudy Ashton, who started the business in 1995, made the decision that it was time for them to retire.

Phillip commented:

“We are proud of our people and the work we do.  It was important to us to find a good home for the business. Watersheds understood that perfectly”.

The Company has been sold to Lonsdale Print Solutions, a local company with nearly 100 years’ of experience in the print industry.

Richard Buzzoni of Watersheds added:

“Selling a business is a life changing event.  We spend a lot of time helping people with their retirement plans. I am really pleased that this deal could be done quickly allowing Phillip, Sally and Trudy to move on to other things after many years of hard work”.
