We are a team of qualified and experienced corporate finance experts. Some of our people have run businesses or been FDs; others have a background in banking or venture capital. Most have worked in varied jobs in industry before specialising in corporate finance. This unique set of skills means that we understand the commercial as well as the financial issues and have extensive experience of completing real deals.
Watersheds normally works on a success fee. We are generally comfortable being paid on delivering results.
